The Montreal Estonian Society (MES) will begin a new session of online Estonian language classes the week of October 10, 2016. The instructor is Piret Vaher leading the classes via Skype video conferencing from Europe. It will be a 12-week session of weekly lessons of 1 to 1.5 hours. We plan to have sections for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students with typically 2-4 students per section. The course fee will be $75 (plus a $10 annual fee if you are not already a member of the MES). Because of the six-hour time difference, we cannot hold the classes during evenings (since it would be the middle of the night for her). Weekly classes will be on Tuesday or Wednesday (at a time between 11 am and 5 pm) and during the weekend on Sunday (between 11 am and 2 pm). Which sections will end up on which days will be determined by student availability.
