The concert program comprises jazzy and pop tunes, including pieces by well-known Estonian composers like Raimond Valgre and Ivar Must and popular bands from outside Estonia such as Pink Martini, as well as some bossa novas by Antonio Carlos Jobim (Brazil).

Mari Sild is an active musician in Montreal. Mari studied at the Eller Music School in Tartu and also obtained a PhD in neuroscience from McGill University. Jazzotopes is Mari’s favourite project that performs mainly Mari’s compositions inspired by jazz, classical and world music, in Estonian and other languages.

Karl Erik Laas is an active classical musician in Estonia, as well as a folk music multiinstrumentalist. Karl Erik studies cello and composition at the Tallinn Muusikakeskkool. Karl Erik’s compositions are inspired by folk and classical music and have been repeatedly performed in Estonia.
